Amidst the passing of Ondo Finance (ONDO) founder Nathan Allman, his mother is demanding to secure management rights of the company and the dismissal of CEO Ian De Bode. The Block reported, citing a complaint filed with the Delaware Court, that Nathan Allman's mother claimed Ian De Bode attempted to act as Ondo Finance's CEO and appoint himself as the sole director without board approval, just days after her son's death. She claimed that as the administrator of Nathan Allman's estate, she holds voting rights for the company and has the authority to reconstitute the board of directors. In response, Ian De Bode refuted, saying, "The claims are baseless and will be clearly demonstrated in court." Previously, in late May, Ondo Finance announced Nathan Allman's death and that Ian De Bode would take over as CEO.
