Kraken's parent company, Payward, announced that it has obtained preliminary approval for brokerage, investment, and operation licenses from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Accordingly, Payward plans to expand its cryptocurrency business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
