World Liberty Financial (WLFI) co-founder Zak Folkman clarified his position at Consensus 2026 regarding the controversy surrounding World Liberty Financial's $75 million borrowing through its ecosystem lending platform Dolomite and its legal dispute with Tron (TRX) founder Justin Sun. According to The Block, Folkman stated, "World Liberty Financial was Dolomite's largest liquidity provider and executed small-scale loans relative to collateral to increase protocol utilization. The lawsuit filed by Justin Sun regarding token freezing and exclusion from governance is not true, and we have appointed U.S. law firm Quinn Emanuel to prepare a defamation lawsuit," he announced.
