The Ethereum Foundation announced that it has signed a contract to sell 10,000 ETH through an over-the-counter (OTC) transaction. The average selling price is $2,292.15. The OTC transaction counterparty is BitMNR. The funds secured through this sale will be used for the foundation's operations and activities, including protocol R&D, ecosystem development, and community grant support. Previously, on April 24, the Ethereum Foundation had already sold 10,000 ETH to BitMNR via an OTC transaction.
