PayPal (PYPL) announced that it has integrated and reorganized its organization into three business divisions, merging its cryptocurrency unit with the payment services unit. PayPal plans to be structured into three business units: Payment Solutions & PayPal, Consumer Financial & Venmo, and Payment Services & Cryptocurrency. Details regarding the new business structure are expected to be disclosed during the earnings announcement on May 5 (local time).
