According to Chainalysis, global cryptocurrency economic activity over the past year, as of the first half of this year, amounted to $9.4 trillion, a 1.6% decrease compared to the previous year. During the same period, the cryptocurrency market capitalization sharply dropped by $2.1 trillion (50%). While funds flowing into exchanges and DeFi decreased by 4.3%, peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions increased by 302.9% to $228.7 billion, and cross-border stablecoin transactions rose by 77.5% to $220.3 billion.
