U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis announced that the White House has agreed to an unprecedented level of ethics provisions for the CLARITY Act. Senator Lummis pointed out that despite the agreement with the administration, the bill's processing is being delayed, and strongly warned that if the bill ultimately fails to pass in the future, the responsibility will lie with the Democrats who are refusing to negotiate.
