Yaroch admitted to the charges during the FBI investigation as well. His statement included his remark that the crime "was eating away at him from the inside." The FBI fired Yaroch immediately after the statement was released. Prosecutors charged Yaroch with interstate transportation of stolen property and receipt of stolen property. Yaroch is awaiting trial in federal custody and could face decades in prison if convicted.
