The Layer 1 blockchain Avalanche (AVAX) Foundation has launched a grant program called the 'Call For Research Program' to support academic research related to the economics of decentralized networks. The foundation has also formed an independent selection committee to evaluate grant applications. Research projects selected for the program will receive grants of up to $50,000.
