PLUME, an RWA-based blockchain project, announced that it has obtained a Class M Digital Asset Business License from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). It plans to unveil a new BMA-regulated on-chain fund vault in the coming weeks. Previously, Coinbase, Circle, Kraken, and others had obtained this license.
