Anthropic, the developer of Claude AI, has drawn a line, stating that stock token products based on its unregistered shares are invalid. According to CoinDesk, Anthropic recently announced in an investor notice that it does not officially recognize any sale or transfer of shares made without the company's approval. In particular, the company warned against some firms promoting investment opportunities in Anthropic equity to general investors in the form of security tokens or forward contracts, stating that these "may be fraudulent or products with no real value."
