Bloomberg reported that major Wall Street financial institutions such as JPMorgan and BlackRock are successively posting job openings in the cryptocurrency sector. According to LinkedIn job postings, the salary cap for digital asset engineers is around $200,000 to $300,000, with Citigroup offering $300,000 and BlackRock $270,000. However, Bloomberg explained, "Virtually all positions require traditional finance experience as a prerequisite. One Morgan Stanley position demanded at least 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, etc." Paul Przybylski, Global Head of Digital & Tokenized Assets at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, stated, "Ultimately, an understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional finance is necessary."
