Binance founder Changpeng Zhao expressed his desire to provide Binance's global-level cryptocurrency liquidity to US investors. At Miami Consensus 2026, he emphasized, "The best liquidity in the crypto market is outside the US. Crypto is one of the few markets where US investors have difficulty accessing optimal prices. In the crypto ecosystem, I believe Binance has the best liquidity. We want to resume Binance.US operations or otherwise provide world-class liquidity and prices to US investors."
