ZKsync Lite ceased block generation on May 4th and entered its scheduled service termination, ZKsync announced via X. This termination does not affect other chains such as ZKsync Era, and funds remaining on Lite can be withdrawn from Ethereum Layer 1 (L1). Currently, with transactions halted, the Security Council is verifying the final state root, and withdrawals will commence once verification is complete. The estimated time frame is 48-72 hours. ZKsync will cover the withdrawal fees for the first 100,000 transactions.
