* Withdrawals requested before the suspension time but not completed by the time of suspension will be processed sequentially after our system verification, which may cause delays in reflecting them in user accounts.
* Due to blockchain network congestion and confirmation delays, deposits made before the suspension time may still be restricted from actual reflection. Virtual assets deposited after the deposit/withdrawal suspension time will be reflected sequentially after the services resume.
* Trading will remain available during the deposit and withdrawal suspension period. Please be aware that significant price fluctuations may occur during this time.
