Due to the network upgrade of Cosmos (ATOM), deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily suspended from 2026-04-15 (Wed) 18:00 (KST) until stability is confirmed. (Article 17, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph A of the Enforcement Decree of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act)
If you deposit close to the time of deposit/withdrawal suspension, it may not be processed normally. Please allow sufficient time to make your deposit in advance.
Please be aware of the following during the deposit/withdrawal suspension period:
During the deposit/withdrawal suspension, delays in deposit processing may occur due to network congestion or other reasons. There may be a difference between the time a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network and the time it is reflected as a deposit.
If deposits/withdrawals occur on some blockchain networks before or after the suspension time, or during unscheduled inspections, normal processing is not possible within our wallet system during the inspection period. Such transactions will be processed sequentially after the inspection ends and verification is completed. We ask for your understanding that the reflection in your account may be delayed.
